Privacy Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

Outpost Boyz ("we", "us") makes browser games at outpostboyz.com. This page explains what we collect and why. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and there are no ad trackers on our games.

What we collect

Why we use it

Who helps us run the site

We share data only with the services that run the site for us, and only what they need: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), GitHub Pages (hosting), jsDelivr and Google Fonts (code and font delivery on some pages), and our email delivery provider (sign-in and receipt emails). These services may log your IP address for security. TikTok videos on our homepage load only when you tap them, and then TikTok's own privacy policy applies.

Stored on your device

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember game saves and settings, and cache games so they play offline. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.

Kids

Our site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal info. If you think a child under 13 gave us their info, email squad@outpostboyz.com and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export, or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing squad@outpostboyz.com from the address on your account. We'll handle it within 30 days. We don't sell or "share" personal info for advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. Wherever you live, you get the same rights.

How long we keep it

Account and game data stays until you delete your account. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Page-view records don't identify you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.
