Terms of Sale
Last updated September 29, 2026
These terms cover buying and playing games on outpostboyz.com from Outpost Boyz ("we", "us"). By buying or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy.
What you're buying
When you buy a game (for example, SAVE LOST ANGELES for $4.99), you get a personal, non-transferable license to play it in your web browser while signed in to your Outpost Boyz account, on any of your devices. You're buying the right to play, not ownership of the game, its code, or its art. Please don't copy, resell, share your account, or redistribute the game.
Price and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. It's a one-time purchase: no subscription, no automatic charges.
- Your game unlocks on your account right after payment clears, usually within a minute.
What you need
A reasonably current web browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) on a phone, tablet, or computer, an internet connection to sign in and load the game, and an Outpost Boyz account. Some in-app browsers (inside Instagram, TikTok, etc.) don't support Apple Pay or Google Pay; open the page in your regular browser for those.
Updates and availability
We may patch, fix, and improve games after you buy them. We work hard to keep the site up, but we can't promise it will never go down for maintenance or outages. If we ever stop offering a game you bought, we'll give at least 60 days' notice.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Short version: if the game doesn't work for you, you get your money back within 14 days.
Bounties and contests
Any bounty, contest, or prize we run has its own official rules, posted with it. Those rules control that bounty or contest.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. We may suspend accounts used for cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse, or harassment. Gamertags must be clean.
The legal part
Games are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the game involved. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase.
